Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how IMMOBILIARE FUTURO LTD (RC [registration no. on file]), 75A Muritala Eletu, Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, delivers building materials to our customers.
1. Delivery zones
We deliver across Lagos State and provide nationwide haulage for bulk materials — including cement, iron rods, sand, blocks, roofing sheets and tiles. Deliveries outside Lagos are arranged through our haulage partners and quoted per load and destination.
2. Lead times
In-stock items within Lagos are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Bulk orders, nationwide haulage and special orders may take 3–10 business days depending on volume, route and availability. We confirm an expected delivery window when your order is processed.
3. Rates & free delivery
Delivery within Lagos is charged at a flat rate of ₦2,500, and is free for orders over ₦50,000. Bulk and nationwide haulage is quoted per load based on weight, volume and distance. All charges are shown before you complete checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp with delivery details and, where available, driver contact for coordination on site.
5. Failed deliveries
Please ensure someone is available to receive and verify goods at the delivery address and that the site is accessible for our vehicles. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, inaccessible site or no available recipient, re-delivery may attract an additional charge.
