Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to physical building materials purchased from IMMOBILIARE FUTURO LTD (RC [registration no. on file]), 75A Muritala Eletu, Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. It sets out when goods may be returned and how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged goods in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items must be in resalable condition. Returns of bulk or heavy materials may require inspection before approval.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Mixed or poured concrete, and any batched/wet products.
  • Cut-to-size or custom-fabricated materials.
  • Special orders and items sourced specifically to your specification.
  • Goods damaged through improper handling or storage after delivery.

3. How to request a refund

Email afc@immobiliarefuturoltd.com or message us on WhatsApp at +234 703 053 2914 with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will confirm eligibility and arrange collection or return of the goods.

4. Currency & processing

Approved refunds are issued in Nigerian Naira (NGN) to the original payment method, in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements. Please allow a reasonable period for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Delivery/haulage charges are non-refundable except where the goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied.
